OUR APPROACH

All our projects start with an initial, free of charge, discussion. If it is felt that we can work together we would carry out an intensive one day assessment to confirm the nature of the business issue. (chargeable but refundable if the project goes ahead). We will then deliver a fully structured project proposal which will contain clear decision gates for project and budgetory control.

Fees will be quoted on a project basis. Normal business expenses will be charged for as incurred.
